If the committee is new and has not previously filed a report, the first report must cover all activity that occurred before the committee registered up through the close of books for the first report due.
[2] Notice that this filing deadline falls on a weekend or federal holiday. Filing deadlines are not extended when they fall on nonworking days. Accordingly, reports filed by methods other than registered, certified or overnight mail must be received by close of business on the last business day before the deadline.

Reports filed electronically must be received and validated by the Commission by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the filing deadline.
Paper filing: meeting the filing deadline
Paper filers must ensure their reports are received by the filing deadline. Report filing options: registered, certified or overnight or first-class mail.
Pursuant to Labor Advisory No. 33 Series of 2020, effective 11 December 2020, the Department of Labor and Employment shall cease to accept online applications for the Php 5,000 financial assistance under CAMP-Bayanihan 2 (i.e. CAMP regular and CAMP for the Education Sector).
The Department has reached the target beneficiaries and is currently evaluating and processing payment of the remaining applications.nMeanwhile, the DOLE shall continue to receive and process applications for financial assistance for Tourism Sector workers prescribed under the DOLE-DOT
