Wii Menu Dolphin

  1. The graph below charts the compatibility with Wii Menu Electronic Manual since Dolphin's 2.0 release, listing revisions only where a compatibility change occurred. Compatibility can be assumed to align with the indicated revisions. However, compatibility may extend to prior revisions or compatibility gaps may exist within ranges indicated as.
  2. To 'reconnect' the Wii Remote, go to Tools - Connect Wii Remotes - Connect Wii Remote # or use a hotkey corresponding to it (example - the Windows default for Wii Remote 1 is Alt-F5), or simply press a button on the Wii Remote. Dolphin does not automatically turn off Wii Remotes as the Wii will (except on Linux).
  3. When your System Menu is done downloading open up dolphin 2a. Then go to Tools and Install Wii Menu 2b. Navigate to the system menu WAD and double-click it 2c. Then close Dolpin and open it again 3. Now go to Tools and click on Load Wii Menu 4.
  4. This re-enables the Tools - Load Wii System Menu option on emulator start, which I believe was broken when DSESSIONWIIROOTIDX was introduced in dc91e8b. Since that commit, the option was greyed-out when first starting the emulator and was only enabled when a Wii game booted.
